I substituted the Pull up's(Dont have a bar at home) for sets of 10 Dips on a chair with feet rested on another chair.
15 sets total in 20 minutes. |

If you're doing chair dips with your hands behind you, be careful, that position can be hell on your shoulders. A safer position is to have your body between two chairs (one hand on each chair at each side of your hips) and then have your feet up. This is a bit safer but still not as safe as regular dips because your arc still brings your hands behind you in the motion.
