Oly Lifting Federation/Association in State of WA
Anyone know of or heard of anything? State of Idaho has their own but can't find anything for Washington. Outside of some the weightlifting clubs on the Westside and CF gyms I really can't find much as far as competitions, state records etc. Just curios and any help would be great.
