CrossFit Games - International

I'm sure I read about this somewhere in the dim and distant past.

What's the view of CF games coming to Europe or even further? or maybe a CF International in it's own right.

Do many of the European, Australasian or Eastern CF'ers make the trip to the games?

Hello Liam, have a look on the main page under 'Crossfit Games' , and it shows you all the dates of the qualifiers for the whole of the world. The European qualifier is the only one yet to be announced. I for one am getting extremely impatient and have not go any idea why there is such a delay on the European info.

I guess you could call whoever wins the European Qualifier, 'European Crossfit Champion'.

Nowhere near as slow as the announcement of when or where the qualifier takes place, there is 40 affiliates in Europe who could run the qualifier, whereas only a handful in Asia, Africa & South America combined yet they have named the date and the place of there qualifiers.

Anyway this is me on the whole qualifier subject at the moment

I even done a google search for 'European Crossfit Games' and the top two things that came back from the search contained my name. Your getting me going now, I wonder if theres a conspiracy to wind me up, your all sending PM's aernt you!!!!! You should of started a thread named 'Euorpean Qualifier News' and just put some dancing man in it , that would of really got me.

It may be worth getting suspended by the mods for me to do just that.............. watch this space, mua ha ha!

But in all seriousness (before I get this thread sent to the bucket) I think seeing you and Richard go head to head will make the wait worth while, lol it's probably the reason why only 1 place is available!

Don't be in a rush Scott, the longer it is till the qualifiers the more training you can get in!

Probably to 3 places by my reckoning. 20ish affiliates in Australasia (2 places), 1 affiliate in South Africa (1 place). 40 in Europe, its got to be at least 3 men & 3 women.

Yes I know its more training time Matthew, I want to book my holidays. So impatient I have already booked them, which means I hope the qualifier is not in June.

I am very impatient as well to know when/where the European qualifiers are going to be. I am from Scotland and took part in the Games last year, would also like to know for the sake of booking hols.

Hello Julie, great to hear someone from Europe has already been and competed in the games I bet it was a great experience. It would be nice to know what country the qualifier would be in and whether its a 1 or 2 day affair. Hopefully we will heart soon and can finally organise our year.
