Recipe for your consumption

First of all, do we have an area where we can post and get recipes? Since I've been zoning with paleo, I'm experimenting with new ideas. Here's one I found amazingly easy and tastey...hope you like:

2 cups broccoli slaw
1 can wild alaskan salmon (trader J's)
2 tbsp pine nuts
Trader J's Sesame Ginger dressing to taste

(To make this zone, just toss in a side of fruit.)

Enjoy!

Re: Recipe for your consumption

If you don't mind, I'm putting this on my recipe blog! If you look in my signature (George's Recipes Blog), you'll find a ton from all over the net to include many from the CrossFit boards, with most very Paleo and Zone friendly.

I always give credit for the recipes, and if I find them elsewhere I provide a link to where I found them!

If you have others you would like to see up there you can email me at george.mounce@gmail.com.

Re: Recipe for your consumption

I love broccoli slaw and use it quite often. Many time I heat it in some coconut oil and add (generally TJs) canned wild salmon (even the smoked variety), some spices and perhaps eggs!
