Re: Nike Metcon

I wonder if they'll be coming out with new colors soon.

I'm pretty excited for these shoes but not thrilled with the selection yet. The White/black/green are alright but I really want these.

Re: Nike Metcon

Wife is excited. She got the email from Rogue this morning. I thought about the Volt/Grey etc ones but they are now showing out in my size. I like the black ones myself.

She actually needs new shoes so good for her. I can wait and see what they are like first.

Re: Nike Metcon

I don't like how everyone has them listed for around 120, but the Rogue Canada site (only place I've seen them available in Canada so far) has them for 160ish. Oh well. They're sold out of my size anyway.

Better than eBay...they've been selling for $200-$300 USD on da 'bay since release. But yeah, sorry to hear about the higher prices on Rogue Canada...not sure why that is.

It is what it is. I'll be optimistic and blame the crap Canadian dollar right now and hope that once they get to box stores (which apparently they are?), they'll be a little more reasonable.

just give it some times guys. because these are Nike's, soon they will be available in many stores and i am sure that we will also be able to find plenty of coupons to make them even cheaper.

I think there is a very strong chance you'll see these released in the coming months...

Your use of ellipses makes me believe you have insider information, haha. Care to elaborate?

Nike is in the business of selling shoes, and a majority of their business is still done in brick and mortar, and not online such as Reebok with the success of their Nano. I would lay dollars to donuts that these will be in stores quickly.

Honestly I'm surprised they aren't already knowing them as well as I do.

All that aside, I will wait till it's up on NikeID so I can customize a pair.

He was referring to the release of the colors I wanted, which I had posted a picture of earlier (it didn't get included when he quoted me) not the release of the current Metcon colors available being in brick and mortar stores.

I'd probably settle for NikeID though, how much extra does that usually make a pair of shoes from them?
