For the last two months I have tested a new pull-up version and my strength has increased.
I wonder if you are acquainted with the "zulys-pull-up".
In my humble opinion it is a great exercise to make your workout more interesting, so that you will not be a slave to routine...;-)

Note: Be careful with this exercise. You should pay attention to the right movement. Please prevent your body from swinging. Otherwise you will be in danger of getting injured.

Yeah, inverted pullups are very tough. I've played around with those before on rings. There is a move called an elevator, where you pull yourself all the way over the rings and then do a handstand pushup. It's extremely hard, but elite level gymnasts can do it.

You can do this exercise both straight body and in a deep pike. The deep pike allows for a higher pull, the straight body requires more stabilization. Work both.

Isn't there a sort of reverse muscle up move that moves from this pullup into a rings handstand? what is that called?

That's an elevator, the move Tyler talks about above in his post. It's basically an inverted muscle-up.
