Weightloss/toning fat% challenge!

Hello! I am from Denmark, please forgive me if my english is not perfect.

I have been thinking about some kind of challenge on the forum, like who can make the best progress in 1-2 months? Anyone dare to accept the challenge?

i am thinking that it can be measuered by before and after pictures, and other users of will vote, that will give us a result?

I'm a little overweight but not much, therefore my goal is to lose some fat%. Do you share my goals, and want some competition, then drop a post!

Re: Weightloss/toning fat% challenge!

It's easy to lose a bunch of weight (including muscle) and as a result drop your BF%. It's a lot harder to retain all your muscle and drop strictly fat. Your comp should take that into account.

It maybe should also have a multiplier effect. i.e. someone that is 8% BF that wants to drop to 4% is going to have a much harder time than someone that is 30% dropping to 25%.
