I think my 2-year old son discovered a Toddler Crossfit routine:

Hallway Run (up and down the hall)
Climb Daddy
Throw a Toy (at anything; daddy's groin seems a popular target)
Jump on Daddy

472 rounds. For Time, or until Daddy passes out.

"Until Daddy passes out" could be the first round, depending on accuracy of target acquisition!

Bryan,

I think your toddler must have posted the WOD on the net because mine are following a very similar routine.

In all seriousness, has anybody else seen their toddlers pick stuff up off the ground with PERFECT squat technique? My 18-month-old has exquisite form and my 3-year-old is not too shabby either if she isn't in a hurry or just being silly. Adults would not have to be taught to squat properly if they hadn't picked up bad habits to begin with.

Yeah, my son has good squat technique too. Funny. I can hardly wait until he can crossfit with me. Then I'll feel *really* old -- and even older when he starts mopping up my times...
