looks like american-gymnast has updated their site, and the training guide has disappeared!! has anybody saved a copy of this - can you pls send to me.

hmm...that sucks I have the beginner routine printed out but I didn't save the html files.

our new look and will get it placed back up on our site ASAP. We are very happy to hear that it has been useful to the CrossFit community. We have certainly appreciated the business and will be sure to send you an email as soon as it is up.

Yeah, it's funny, too, because I just got the back-issue of the Journal that features the parallette instructions and has the link...and I was wondering where it might have gone! Thanks for looking into it :D
