Nice work Brad!

One critique on your MU though, both elbows really need to flip at the same time. One at a time is a recipe for injury.

Looking at those "before and afters", all I can think of is "HTF is that even POSSIBLE???" You do look like two completely different people. But thanks for sharing that. I hope that my B&A's will be just as stunning for me in a few months. Day One of CF for me is TOMORROW!

First, thanks a ton!

Before I committed to the program I always looked three years ahead and thought - I just can't do this. So I quit looking. I looked at the days workout and said - if I can't do this I'll do something like it. I scaled a LOT! Go to my blog and look at the 2007 posts.

I was not progressing too well until I bought into a diet change. The Zone has worked for me. I have been pretty faithful to it since April of 2008.

One day at a time!
