Re: "THE KEITHINATOR'S" LOG FOR THE 40+ CFer's

2/7/09
Saturday
WOD

I felt the need to do something quick powerful and overhead, so I chose to do "Grace". This was the second time I did "Grace". The first time I came in around 7:30?? I would have to go back and check. However, today, I did much better!!

30--- C&J 135# 5:01!!!!! PR yeeha!!

I did a long warm up and finally wrapped my mind around it and went for it. So the next time I expect to do even better.

Rest day tomorrow.

Thanks David! The video is for you to keep.

It was hard to keep them under 1:25. The two minute rest was likely more b/c I was fooling with the camera, but nonetheless, it was brutal.

And I think you very much Brad! That is excellent. However, NEXT time I have to beat YOU!!

Awesome PR today... That's definitely a good "Grace" time. I can't wait to do that one again.

I've only done "Grace" once, a few months back, I believe. The time was about 4:45 I think. I had it in 4:30, but I failed my last rep, so it took a LONG time to reset and push out the last one.

I'm going to hit it again and hopefully do better this time around!

Keith,

Its me. I wondered over here from Facebook and created an account. I doubt I spend too much time on here in the future so don't take it personally if I don't post all that much. I did watch 4 minutes of you running in circles and enjoyed your out of breath commentary.

Keep up the hard work. It doesn't go unnoticed.

Grant

That's awesome David! Yep, I know you can do it in 4:30. If Christin had been there yelling at me telling me what my time was I am sure I could have come in faster.

Sweet Grace. Makes me want to hit it again and see if I can't improve my 7:xx time. Thanks for the motivation.
