Re: what is your deadlift and power clean?

DL : 197kg (435#)
PC: 117.5kg (258#)

My structural numbers should be 207kg DL, 121kg PC based off of my BS PR of 173kg(380#), so roughly 58%, mine is currently at 59%, my PC and DL could both stand to go up. Rarely train or test the DL though. Bad off last week I am likely good for 200kg at least now.

Quote:
Snatch = 66-64% of the squat, 38-42% of the deadlift Clean = 80-84% of the squat, 54-56% of the deadlift

According to Russian coach and writer Anatoli Chernyak, back in 1978 results of statistical research found the following data to be average.
Came across this the other day on FB WLFriends. The article should be somewhere there.

No idea what my DL is right now. I did some DL in April with 150kg for a triple after a long trip on the train (24hrs+)...I think. It was supposed to be 80-85-90% so I just guessed. Pulled #375 in November but #417 in straps (just to see what I could push. Bar was a real POS with barely any knurl and some bend which made it odd to pull off the floor).

PC as it stands in spring was 95kg. Haven't tested it since. I'd guess I could PC 100 if I tried possibly.

Pre wrist injury in 2014, I could PC 90 and my clean DL was around 180ish I think.

Re: what is your deadlift and power clean?

Interesting stuff. I can power clean 235 and deadlift about 395 so I'm 59%. This tells me my deadlift is a little behind where it needs to be.

Re: what is your deadlift and power clean?

DL is about 375 and PC is 235
63%, which makes sense as I've been working my cleans lately. My all time PR on DL is 410, but that was about 3 years ago...
