The apple in the photo is a bit big, but I do love fruit!

2 blocks snack
3 blocks dinner
2 blocks snack

Re: My Zone Breakfast

That looks delicious, typically i always have 3-4 eggs cooked in raw coconut oil, some almods, and a bananna or apple.

Re: My Zone Breakfast

I stick to the block count for the oil. I find if my fat intake for the day goes over 40% I start to feel sluggish and a bit sick. If I cheat at all, it's usually on the protein side. If I'm around 33% fat for the day, I'll scarf a few extra nuts.

5 blocks for breakfast is perfect for me. I was doing 4 but it just didn't cut it.

Alicia, I was teaching english. Now I work as a freelance web developer and am putting a team together out here to set up a proper studio. I'm also working on a diet plan that is geared toward paleo / zone lifestyles. And, I'm pondering the idea of opening an Affiliate in the States. I stress pondering.
