WOD: Tested hose again all freaking day....also painted lines on the bay floor and ran several medical calls.....Too spent this evening to attempt a workout so I'm probably going to throw together my own little WOD tomorrow morning or possibly do a CFE workout.....Good news is that all of my DOMS have passed so other than being tired from firefighting work today I'm feeling pretty good...I also barely ate anything today which has probably contributed to my exhaustion somewhat....

WOD: Rest day

Been doing situps throughout the day and did some POSE running this morning in my VFF's. Probably go for a longer run this evening and then some more situps but I don't want to go too hard today as I suspect the next trifecta is going to be brutal........Grilling some steaks and burgers tonight with some sweet potatoes....mmmmm mmm!

WOD: On shift today....Wrestled with a drunk combative patient until Horry County Police showed up, so I'm gonna count that as my workout.... also had a ridiculously busy day with other calls and open house tonight....I took in a ridiculously low number of calories today...I would estimate it at 1,200 cals. Not good. I'm exhausted and just want to get through the night with no more calls so I'm not worthless tomorrow when I get off work.

WOD: This entire weekend will be spent doing Water Rescue Training and a TON of swimming that goes with it.....I think that I will probably be spent by Sunday evening so I'm hoping to get back on track with my lifting after this weekend... God knows I'm going to get plenty of cardio over the next couple days... On the bright side I love swimming and love incorporating it into my workouts so I'm looking forward to hitting some muscles that may have somehow been hiding from the WOD's.....

WOD: Five hours of Water Rescue Training.......definitely took it's toll.... swam my 550 yards in 8m53s.......relatively happy with that given the fact that I haven't swam a whole lot in several years......Ten minutes of armless treading wore me out a bit too......I like doing this stuff because it's changing things up a bit more me this weekend.....Monday morning I will be right back at it with the WOD's though!......I need some food and some sleep.....and GO BUCKEYES!

WOD: Finished up Water Rescue Training today...not nearly as much swimming as yesterday but definitely got a good workout in....Expecting some DOM's tomorrow from the 550 yard swim but that won't keep me out of the gym.... several days off from CF and I'm REALLY ready to get back at the weights.... I'm on shift right now and we just got back from cutting a 400lb. man out of a glass coffee table after he fell through it and impaled himself..... CRAZINESS.

Umm....I was in a motor vehicle accident today.....that kind of put a damper on my working out as I have been somewhat sore and working on paperwork and filing my insurance claim all nite......just glad no one was injured AND it was not my fault.....I'm gonna be feeling it in the morning, I believe.....we'll see
