WOD for tomorrow is Nate....exactly the type of workout I was hoping for.... I'll be doubling it up tomorrow with the 5x5 squats in the A.M. and Nate in the P.M.

WOD: Nate
Actual Workout: Squats 5x5 (All reps done at nearly A2A)

Rd Load
1 225
2 245
3 265
4 285 x3 (F on 4th rep)

Additional: Seth and I did 100 team pullups for time....only one guy working at a time, traded off in tens and completed in 3:19.....Pretty happy with that....maybe we can break 3 next time

Didn't feel very strong at the gym today....not really sure why....I'm about to start some calorie restriction to cut some weight and maybe knowing I'm not going to be as full made me feel weak, I don't know.....

Probably won't get to Nate this goround but I think I will go for a little POSE run later and see if my calves have gotten stronger....I definitely think they have, from wearing my Vibram's all over.....

Weight: 220
Mood: Calloused

Finished the day with 500 situps and way too much coffee..... Really getting curious as to what my CFT is at this point.....I'm knocking on the door of 1,000 for sure......really wanted some Breyer's tonight but held off.....self control is not my strongest trait....

Re: A CrossFit Ninja's Log

WOD: With a continuously running clock do one 135 pound Clean and Jerk the first minute, two 135 pound Clean and Jerks the second minute, three 135 pound Clean and Jerks the third minute... continuing as long as you are able.

Use as many sets each minute as needed.

Workout: As Rx'd 8 Full Rounds......

Felt pretty decent on the workout, just ran out of time really....I guess I need to work on the speed of my C&J's...still gassed me pretty good.....Have done 100 situps thus far today, hoping to get 400 more in throughout the evening..... Looking forward to a rest day tomorrow.....Now I'm off to eat some Breyer's Au Naturale!.....Don't judge me!

Weight: 219
Mood: DOMS sucks

Rest day.

Ha...yeah right...not for me.....On shift today and once again we are testing hose all day......lots and lots of 5 inch.......which I have repeatedly volunteered to pick up and done sort of a deadlift/clean with, but it's quite awkward to pick up......I would guess it weighs about 90 lbs or so.....Other than the hose testing I will be resting up today....was going to do some more situps but my abs are fried from the past couple of days......

James, thanks for the encouragement and you're very welcome for the advice... I'm no expert but I try to help out here and there when I think I can contribute something useful....

WOD: "Barbara"

Five rounds, each for time of:
20 Pull-ups
30 Push-ups
40 Sit-ups
50 Squats

Rest precisely three minutes between each round.

Workout: None.....Heading to a coworkers housewarming party this afternoon and then Murphy's Law for the Ohio State vs. Wisconsin game tonight.... this WOD will be completed tomorrow barring any serious hangover from tonight's festivities....I'm feeling rather worn down from a combination of not enough sleep and not enough rest days so I'm not going to beat myself up too bad over not working out today......although I AM OCD with my workouts so I'm sure I'll feel guilty later.....oh well

Weight: 216
Mood: Festive

WOD: Did nothing all day.......this is the laziest I've been in a long time..... Pretty hungover this morning from watching the OSU game at the bar last night.....Oh well....I've needed a day like this for quite some time..... Back on the wagon tomorrow.......Not sure how I'm going to start back up... Probably just going to do tomorrow's WOD then take Tuesday off and get started back up 3on 1off for the next trifecta.....

Weight: 216
Mood: Sleepy
