Alex Z Sabra

Returned from the Amazon rain forest, starved and out of shape. I'm back to my normal weight of ~170, going to get fit and hopefully pass the physical exam for the local police force on June 21/08. Keeping a food/exercise log to motivate myself.

Sat 24/08
-Bought new kettlebell (2x 20lbs), played around with that throughout the day.

1:00 pm- kettlebell swings 20 sec. /w 10 sec rest for few min.
1:15 pm- hand full of walnuts, then juiced apple, 2 carrots, 2 celery sticks
3:00 pm- Kettlebell swings and misc, 20 sec. /w 10 sec rest for a few min.
3:15 pm- ~5oz. London Broil, handfull of cut up carrots /w humus.
6:00 pm- ~5oz. London Broil, handfull of broccoli with sweet potato.

Sun 25/08
-REST- Sore in legs

12:30 pm- hand full of walnuts/almonds, then juiced 2 apples, 2 carrots and celery sticks.
04:45 pm- Pasta(Barilla), 1 cup low fat cottage cheese, green peas, red sauce.
05:30-6:30pm- kickball with friends
08:00 pm- 5oz. london broil, half cup mixed beans, handfull of broccoli, handfull of walnuts.
10:00 pm- Fiber one bar, cup of 1% lowfat milk.

1:17 pm- Kettlebell work, just for a few min. Swings/Shoulder/abs
1:35 pm- Handfull of walnuts, juiced 2 apples, carrots and celery stick

2 scoop prot shake, 1 frozen bana., 1 low fat yogurt, 1 cup 1% low fat milk
355 calories
4g fat
52g prot
38g carb

Tastes awful, anyone know anything to put into a protein shake that masks the taste? ive tried many things but always have the funky taste from the powder.

~1500 calories for the day so far, going to snack again this evening.

04:00 pm- Dentist
08:30 pm- 4oz skinless chicken, handfull of broccoli, ~10 pieces of roasted garlic
09:00 pm- Fiber one bar, 140 calo, fat 4, carb 29, prot 2

fiber bar- 140, fat 4, carb 29, prot 2
juiced drink- ~170, 46 carb
chicken- 140, fat 1.5, prot 32 + broccoli & garlic 60, carb 8, prot 2
indian buffet-
rice- ~300 cal, 60 carb, 2 fat, 8 prot
spinach- ~ 60 cal, 8 carb, 2 prot
tandori chicken- 100 cal, 25 prot
misc- 150 cal, 5 fat, 20 carb, 4 prot

guessing daily- calories 1060, 12.5g fat, 163 carb, 75 prot
taking prot shake before bed, 355 calories, 4g fat, 38 carb, 52 prot, will push total to
total calories: ~ 1415 cal, 16.5 fat, 201 carb, 127 prot if things are guessed right.

added 2 tbsp of penut butter and 1 tbsp of honey to protein shake, finally taste good!
penut butter- 190 cal, 17g fat, 6g carb, 7g prot
honey- 60 cal, 17g carb
added to previous shake, numbers come out to be:
605 cal, 21 fatg, 61 carb, 59 prot
todays total- ~ 1665 cal, 33.5g fat, 224 carb, 134 prot
