Thanks, I feel like my body has been "regulating" itself back to normal. I may keep record of 1 year, should be interesting to see the 1 year mark for sure

Thanks Barry. If your initial primary goal is weight/fat loss, let me offer this advice - keep it simple. It's so easy that it's almost mundane: Veggies, Fruits, Lean Meats, Nuts Seeds, etc. STOP eating bread or chips or pasta or crackers immediately. And then make sure you are resting 7-8 hrs. And then workout hard!

Wife lost a few inches on her body and 15lbs (that weren't really there to lose in the 1st place) just by changing her diet. NO WORKOUTS! She is active as she teaches high school and her classroom is on the 3rd floor, but no crossfit, no pilates, no kickboxing, no nothing. Just quality food intake. Cool huh.?

Awesome results for only 4 months! Keep it going the results will become more and more fulfilling. A you continue to shed it off, you WOD times are really going to take off. Muscle definition and vascularity will come next!

Congrats, I'm lovin' the cheesy vid. I'm also jealous (of your countertops).

Thanks, I'm planning on a SS cycle in the winter time too. I like being lean right now, so it can wait...

It's funny because people are always wondering "what can I do for my abs?" No one wants to hear the answer "change your diet, stop eating like crap" This was almost too easy (the food, not the WOD's!)

Thanks Jacob, the counters were custom made to serve as a tripod for my pics too

You're going to love the strength gains. I took a gander at your log and you can expect to really stack on some weight on your squat and deadlift when you do that SS cycle. Last October I went from like 225x5 on each up to 365/385x5 in a couple months. Good stuff.

Now if I only knew such a successful way to sell my girlfriend on a good excuse to upgrade our counters...

Yeah I know my squat and dead are weak...I see myself on SS for at least 2 months but I'll wait and see

Thanks dude. Yea wifey isn't complaining. Shes starting to do some of the Eva bodyweight workouts now too which is way cool. She likes the high intensity shorter workouts.

Mate

Awesome results! Well done. I'm one of the "skinny fat" and just started eating |Paleo - hopefully if I stick with it my results will be good too.

A real inspiration.

Cheers
