Planche progression
HSPU 3x8 on parallettes
Front lever negatives 3x5
Planche push-ups on parallettes 3x10
L-sit 2x30s

Ok, let me play a little catch up here...

Friday:
I knew I was climbing on Saturday so I just did a light CFWU, a few yoga poses, and then some stretching.

Saturday:
Climbing from 11-5 at Little Rock City in Chattanooga. It was such a great day to be on the rock, and a great first day back...

Sunday:
Complete and utter rest.

Monday:
Half mile jog focusing on POSE for WU
Squat - 45x5x2 95x5 135x5 185x3 215x5x3
Deadlift - 135x5 185x5 225x5x2

Notes: I need to go heavier on the deadlift, possibly 245. Today was a fairly low volume day considering practically 6 days on last week.

I usually work out at a gym in Seymour. I'll occasionally work out in TRECs, but I work at the gym in Seymour so I usually find myself out that way.

Where do you work out? You also climb? Do you climb at HPER any? What about the Climbing Center? I was down in Chattanooga on Saturday climbing at Little Rock City. It was my first time back in about a year. I am looking forward to getting back to where I was and progressing further.

Tuesday AM Workout:

300m hill repeats x8 walk back down (guessing around 15% grade)
1 - 38s
2 - 42s
3 - 42s
4 - 41s
5 - 41s
6 - 42s
7 - 42s
8 - 41s

Each round was 3 minutes in length - so I had about 140s of rest between each run.

I finished with stretching and self-massage with The Stick.

Note: This was the first time my POSE form felt almost spot on. I need to record myself soon and get some people to critique it.

Push ups on parallettes with hands down at waist 2x10
Tuck planche 1x30s 2x25s
One leg tucked front levers 4x10s
Frog sit (is that what it's called?) 1x30s
Tuck front lever pull ups 3x15
Parallette push ups hands at waist 2x10 1x8
L-sit 2x30s

I love isometrics .

I live out on the South side too. Which gym? I haven't been climbing in awhile. I broke my toe and I've been using that as an excuse not to. I have an immense dislike for strict campus work and since I can't put my foot in my shoes I'm just taking a break.

Ya, campus work always killed my elbows. That sucks about the toe. The gym I was talking about is called Clubfit 101 here in Seymour. Did you go to HS around here? I wouldn't think someone attending UT would actually live off campus in South Knoxville, but I guess crazier things could happen. What year are you at UT?
