Member Appreciation

*I don't know where a good place for this is, so please move it wherever necessary*

There are a lot of great members and knowledgeable people on this board, but I just wanted to take the time to give a big shout out and thank you to Steven Low. I was cruising through the board today, and in any thread where someone is looking for help or advice about fitness I look forward to seeing what he has to say even before I go into the thread because I already know he's posted in it. Steven, your knowledge, and willingness to help out everyone with a question, even if it's been asked a thousand times, is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Re: Member Appreciation

I have to second the Steven Low nomination. He's been a HUGE help to me in dealing with my various aches and pains. Patient, knowledgeable, and really, really generous with his help.

Thank you, young man.

Those who hear not the music, think the dancers mad.

Re: Member Appreciation

This should go straight to Pukie's Bucket.

Just kidding, Steve. You've been posting at a feverish level lately. I hope you don't drop out when you start your new semester. In addition to good information, you're one of the few here patient enough to answer the same question 35 times.

Let's not forget Garrett Smith, Roger Harrell, Lincoln Brigham, Glenn Pendlay, Jon Gilson, Greg Everett, George Mounce and Jay Cohen (the expert chefs), the moderators here, the Glassmans, and all the others who work to make this place kick ***.

Thanks, all of you.

Re: Member Appreciation

I agree with everyone. I always read your posts, Steven. I was shocked to see that you are not already a M.D. You are extremely sharp, helpful - and reasonable! I love it when someone is smart and has common sense. Thanks for your feedback to me and everyone else.

There are a lot of "post"ers who I look for. There are a lot of class acts here!

Oh yeah - Steven, you are also a CrossFit BEAST! I would love to have one iota of your physical abilities!

Re: Member Appreciation

Great thread!

I used to look at up to a dozen other fitness sites for ideas and info, but now I limit myself to Crossfit and a couple of others, thanks in large part to the quality of the forums here. The quality of the forums being made up by the fantastic contributors.

Thanks to everybody here for making such a great community.
