Re: What Would Greg Do?

Wow, 4:20. Nice time. Throw some New Skin on those hands. The stuff is nothing short of a miracle.

Re: What Would Greg Do?

Guy - next time it'll be that much easier!

Nick - thanks. Back in April my fran time was about 9-10 minutes, so I'm happy! Sub-3 seems closer and closer!

Re: What Would Greg Do?

Dude, a triple Fran? That is insane.

Fran 9:34

I have a lot of trouble with the thrusters. I don't cycle them well. I also probably go too deep but I don't really mind that part. Awesome, by your math I should be able to shave about 30 seconds off each month heh.

Re: What Would Greg Do?

I wish you luck Leonid. I did Fran for the first time 2 years ago with a 4:44 ... and yet I'm still chasing that elusive sub 3 minute *****.

Re: What Would Greg Do?

We'll be having an Open House/Mini Weightlifting Competition/WOD at our place next week (Fri or Saturday, 10 or 11 am). Free for all.

If you'll have a chance to stop by, hang out, lift some stuff etc - we'll probably have a few mins to figure out what's up with your thrusters.

You'll be shaving time off way quicker especially if you'll need kip adjustment or learn aft kip.

Re: What Would Greg Do?

Anthony - I remember you got 48 chinups in a row. Do them like AFT does his and that'll be your sub 3 fran since you're only like 10 sec away.
They're much quicker.

I'm also not sure if Monique send you the stuff - if not - I'll hurry her up a bit

Re: What Would Greg Do?

badger was a killer today particularly after yestderdays effort. my rotator cuff tendonosis flared up halfway through round two's cleans so subbed in just the pull phase of the clean and left out the scoop and catch phases.time 39:15..absolutely finished

Re: What Would Greg Do?

Man that was tough. Rest in peace, Chief!

31:32 as Rx'ed. Was hoping for anything sub-30.

If you guys haven't read "Lone Survivor" - you gotta read it.
