I want to represent!!

Hello - It seems so simple, but I can't figure it out. I want to update the location of my profile and change it from Phoenix, AZ to Juneau, AK. I've gone into the edit profile function several times and changed it, but every time I post my workout log it still comes up as Phoenix. Nothing in the FAQ's that I could find. Any info is appreciated.

Re: I want to represent!!

You are hitting the "save changes" button at the bottom of the edit screen, yes?

(Sorry to ask a dumb question, but I've forgotten to do that, before.)

I can probably fix your location for you, but I'd rather figure out why you're not able to.

Re: I want to represent!!

Hmm . . don't know how long it takes to show up . . . maybe it's a batch process (overnight? once a week?)

Edit: I just changed my location (from Lebanon, NJ, to "Clinton Township, NJ" (which is also accurate)), and it didn't show (yet).

How long have you been pushing this change through? Today only? or a couple of days now?

Re: I want to represent!!

Hmmm. After more poking around, I'm stumped for the moment.

I'm deferring to Ron and Lynne, who actually know what they're doing, while I go try to RTFM (something about reading the manual).

Sorry about that.

Re: I want to represent!!

Location isn't an editable field, since we had some users putting in stupid pretend locations after getting registered.

If you need a location change, just shoot me a pm or email. Thomas, I'll take care of yours now.
