Well it's finally happening!

After being less than politely asked to leave the "health club" I was working at i've decided not to work for anyone else ever again (unless they pay me in huge stacks of gold bullion)

We've already been running a regular weekly crossfit workout in Sydney and i'm now going to expand that to 5 days a week with the aim of building a client base for a gym opening in the next 6 months.

Wish me luck!

With a bit of luck the NSWIS lads might start looking our way.

I think all the fitness instructors/personal trainers who believe in what they do end up not working for anyone for the obvious reason that commercial gyms are too often a joke.
I decided to do the same thing when the excellent gym I worked for was taken over by our worst ennemy.
Now, I'm free to do what I want the way I want, and it feels bloody good.
Good on you mate.

Mate, Cant wait to come over for a visit and work out with you blokes! Wonder if that would be a write off for taxes (research and development for CrossFit Emerald Coast)? Good on ya!

Good Luck Don
Have been reading your posts for a while and sounds like you are getting it together. I am situated in Adelaide and was introduced about 4 months ago by Clem from Broken Hill. Loving the workouts and have about 10 clients currently doing Crossfit on a 1 on 1 basis as a personal trainer. Hoping one day to start a Crossfit in Adelaide in say 12 months or so. Go for it!
