i think that the problem they see me at the end of a workout lying on the ground trying to get my heart rate down, or showing off my newly ripped hand from the pullups (yes i am a little strange with that) and think do i want to work out like that? a lot of the people who maintain a reasonable level of fitness do so by running and weight training, the rest do so on the live and hope they don't have to do anything that needs exertion principle. i will have a whole lot of new victims soon and i may be able to get some converts.
