Went for a 5 mile hike w/my parents and wife on vacation in Palm Springs. To make it more exciting I picked up random rocks along the way and performed 100 total reps of ROCK THRUSTERS.

50 12pnd Med Ball Slam
200 jump rope touches

Took me about 20 min. My weightlifting teacher made me stop after the box jumps so he could get the class together for a few minutes.

Pull up ladder 1-10

Took a page out of Anthony B's workouts and incorporated strength and Met con in one day

Dynamice Effort Power Clean
10x2x155 (30 sec break inbetween)

5, 24" box jumps
5, Dips
5, lunges w/20pd sand bag (each leg)

Perform 10 sets for time

DB incline press
3x5x160 (Ipsilateral, total weight)

Front Squat:
5x45, 3x135, 3x185, 3x225, 3x255, 1x275

275 went up pretty easy but I felt a twitch in the lower back so I quit at one rep.

Push Press:
3x135, 3x185, 3x205, 3x225, 3x235

KTE:
2x10

I tried the Sotts Press, that's freakin hard!
