Re: Looking for Soy Free, Lactose Free, Artifical Sweetner Free protein powder

It fully dissolves into water, which makes it ideal for use during a workout. I use it unflavored and and unsweetened, but I am not normal (I have no sweet tooth). You might not like the taste. It digests so quickly, it won't fill you up, which is good and bad. It is good for during or right after a workout, but is bad for when I want to add a protein powder to my yogurt for breakfast. I like Jay Robb as a general use protein powder to add to milk and yogurt.

Look at the forums on True Protein--there will be discussion of PeptoPro on there.

Mark from Mark's Daily Apple makes a protein powder. It might work for you.

Which would be great... except that it has added sweetener in the form of both sucrose and stevia.

Prob not a site people like to hear around here...but I usually go to the bodybuilding.com (wfs, at least the store is) store and get a 5 lb bucket of their cheapest egg protein (rose acre farms, or something like that) think its essentially just egg whites that have been powdered

what about warrior whey protein from grass fed cows?: http://www.warriorwhey.com/lp/organi...d-whey-protein (WFS)
Make sure you select the unflavored one for no sweeteners. I believe its 100% pure.
