I just fractured my elbow, don't know if it'll be placed in a cast or not. What other exercises can I do besides squats, sit-ups, sprints? Pressing and pulling movements are out for now. At least I can focus on improving my rb squat total. I was thinking of a weighted bag filled with sand or chains (I could probably manage a bear hug). Recommendations please.

Dan-

Let us know what type of splint/cast you get and what your Doc's recomendation is. From there I think we can come up with a few things.

Thanks Robb. Just came back from the doc's office. No cast or splint, just let it heal. He mentioned not to lift anything over 5 lbs. for the next 4-6 weeks. He also mentioned I should use my discretion.:proud:.
