Could someone please foward to HQ

I've sent the email listed below to HQ the past three weeks from two different email accounts, have not heard back. Maybe getting blocked by a Spam filter.

Thanks in advance for your help.

Please confirm that I owe the follow the balances listed below and I'll forward a check.

Deposit paid for Pittsburgh Cert, since this is my second cert, attended Quantico, instead of 1000, cost is 500, think I sent you 250, balanced owed is $250.00?

Level 2 Cert in January, paid in full

Olympic Lifting Cert in Florida in March, $100 deposit, owe balance of $495.00.

Who have you guys been emailing to?
customerservice@crossfit.com is who Jay needs; not sure who Mike is trying to reach.

"Emailing HQ" doesn't tell me enough to be able to help.

How ever busy HQ is, they are very slow in responding to emails. Any help would be appreciated.

Lynne, thanks for your understanding. As Crossfit continues to grow, I hope HQ will grow with it. While I understand that the Website is "free" and quite a bit of hard work goes in to it, I would think that the workshops/certs do generate income which HQ could/should use to fund what ever manpower/support it takes to respond to the CF community.
