Re: what is your deadlift and power clean?

DL 475 (awful form)
PC 285 (good form)

Mechanically it is extremely hard for me to deadlift.

Re: what is your deadlift and power clean?

Deadlift - 365# and had a little more. This was a 30# PR so I didn't push on.
Power clean - 225#

61.6%

Re: what is your deadlift and power clean?

Deadlift PR is 305 set 2 weeks ago and haven't been able to do olympic lifts much lately due to a shoulder injury, but did a hang power clean at 183 this week--so about 60% for me. I'll pretend these numbers are in kilos, but that would be fibbing. I do weigh just 157, however, so not bad numbers for a middle age former endurance athlete.

Unique thing is my form is not great with my olympic lifts, and has regressed due to the long layoff, so I'm surprised my power clean to deadlift ratio seems on the higher end.

Re: what is your deadlift and power clean?

Best Power clean right now is 215, which happens to be my current hang clean pr. Not that I have maxed on the deadlift this year, but I did an easy 410x3 a few months ago(would have no problem pulling 450 with my current everyday program of lifts). I say maintain the deadlift 1x per week or every other, and challenge yourself with other lifts(snatch grip/clean grip romanian deadlift, clean/snatch pulls, etc..) to increase your clean/snatch numbers.
