Products for desk jockeys and long commuters

While it is not ideal, I can't avoid spending most of my work day sitting at a desk and several hours per week commuting in my vehicle. During the day I try to get up several times and walk/stretch. I also try to maintain good posture in both in my car and at my desk.

As someone who is subject to lower pain and irritations, I was wondering if any crossfitters have experience with products that are meant to support good posture and proper spinal alignment. These are a few I have been looking at, all WFS. Thanks in advance.

Re: Products for desk jockeys and long commuters

I have not tried the specific products you linked (and would never sit on that chair ...), but I use this: http://www.amazon.com/Portable-Lumba...r+back+support (WFS) in my minivan. I use this when at my desk: http://www.amazon.com/OPTP-Original-..._rhf_se_s_cp_2 (WFS).

They have made a difference for me (as far as helping me to correct my posture ... was a major sloucher for years).

And would recommend this daily: http://www.roguefitness.com/rogue-reverse-hyper.php (WFS)--this has made all the difference ...
