I recently purchased the Carlson's lemon flavored fish oil (500 ml) after seeing it mentioned in a few threads....How much do most of you consume/day? Do you spread it out over meals? When you wake up? go to sleep? Also, do you consider it in fat blocks? Thanks.

I usually do 2 table spoons every morning, and don't count it towards fat.

I use the caps, 3 per meal and dont count it toward my fat blocks.

I cannot use Fish Oil...for whatever reason, whichever brand i use- after two days of even moderate to low dosage I start getting bad acne on my face- not good. Anyone have experience with this?

Any good substitutes? I have Flax caps . Is this adequate for Omega 3? Any idea about DHA sub?

I can't drink the oil, but I take the following concoction twice daily. I've really modified my supplements since I last wrote about them. More whole foods and less pills.

here's the oil consumption twice daily

2 Flameouts
2 1g fish oil
2 1g cla
1 lg flaxseed oil

The flameouts give me the nice fish aftertaste. But the DHA content of the product is through the roof. I've noticed a better overall feeling since I added it to my regimen.
