Mobility - How much time do you spend on it.

It has become more and more important within CF to have mobility....

But the question is:

How much time do you actually spend on mobility and why?

I do the daily rx every night...maybe 10-15 min?

i do probably around 20 minutes 3-5 days per week. still working to peel back the impact of years of neglect though.

20-30 minutes every day I'm in the gym before I workout.

Foam rolling, band stretching, lacrosse ball, Crossover Symmetry, dynamic stretching.

I should probably do more post WOD but I usually just do Crossover Symmetry again then walk home.

What's mobility?

When I'm being good 10-15 minutes or more.

If I'm being bad I pretend it doesn't exist.

At least 20:00min a day on regular stuff. plus extras here and there.

Okay, I'll be that guy.

I don't do mobility, ever. It's a great idea, and it always feels great when I do it. I know I should work mobility more often. It's definitely an area I neglect. Wanna hear my excuses? Nah, didn't think so.

At 49 it is my highest priority. Without it you are underpotentialized and vulnerable to injury. I am 20 to 40 minutes evert day. Occasionally I'll do an hour long recovery class.

It all depends on the work load planned. Typically it'll be anywhere between 5-15 minutes,but if I'm doing something that I know I'll need to be limber for it could be as much as 20 minutes.
