I haven't Deadlifted in over 3 months since starting (Olympic) weightlifting training seriously/

Everything else I sucked on unfortunately (bench and high bar squat should have done powerlifting style)

What's your bodyweight?

How's lifting in those shoes? They look pretty squishy, I wonder if you'd get even more out of your dead and squat in flatter shoes.
