Power Clean Form Check

Hi everyone,

After the triple extension, for some reason I keep jumping backwards (notice where the feet land). This causes the bar to create horizontal distance from me, and as a result, I am catching the bar too forward, and as well am catching the bar too slowly. Also, jumping backwards has makes me fall backward after I land the catch. How would I correct this?

Please feel free to critique anything else.

Don't move your feet, just keep them still and learn to articulate yourself under the bar better. Look at this video and check out 30 seconds in: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tt7sydOEk7c. See the boy in the white shirt and how his feet are glued to that platform. Do that as an exercise to help you to learn how to move better. After you have that movement down solid try adding the more dynamic elements of moving your feet. Works in both clean and sn technique.
