Muscle Up Progression Advice

I need advice/videos of a kipping or strict muscle up...mostly the hip action...please help! Thanks!

Yes, I have been browsing youtube like its my job, having major mental blocks

There is no hip action in a strict Muscle-Up. The body is straight. When you are doing them strict and first learning you pike the hips to make it easier.

Outlaw just released a video on Muscle-Up. Tutorials.

Tucker and Paoli should have a bunch on GymnasticsWod and CrossFitGymnastics

When you are ready, Paoli has a good one about doing it without the false grip aka the front uprise technique. This has a lot more to do with developing the time and swing. I think it's best to have a solid strength base (can do strict without any issue) before moving on to these.
