Equipment

I am looking to outfit a new gym that I am opening, but I am not sure where to look or even seek quotes. I am looking for the best price so
I can keep my cost low. Does anyone have any suggestions on where to look to get good quality equipment, or what I should be even looking out for?

Re: Equipment

Are you looking to start a CrossFit affiliate or just an unaffiliated gym?

This is going to sound harsh, but if you are starting an official affiliate and you have not heard of Rogue Fitness you probably should rethink starting said affiliate because you probably don't know enough about CrossFit itself. They provide the equipment used at all of the Regionals and Games and are literally all over the CF world.

If you are just starting an unaffiliated gym and thought here would be a good place to look for options, or you know about equipment suppliers and are just looking for opinions on the best deals, then disregard the last paragraph.

Re: Equipment

I am fimilar with Rogue and most the equipment suppliers in the market, I was just looking to see if I could find good deals out there to outfit the box. I want to keep my cost as low as possible.

Re: Equipment

Most of the equipment supplier websites are going to be geared toward individuals, not people wanting to outfit an entire gym. So your best bet is to get an equipment list together, send it to the suppliers, and then compare prices, warranties, quality, etc and then make your decision.

Re: Equipment

We get all of our equipment not from Muscle Driver USA (http://www.muscledriverusa.com/) WFS

I've gotten some things from Rogue in the past, and would recommend one of those 2, in terms of quality, and warranties.

You can get cheaper stuff elsewhere, and "happiness" guarantees, but that's not enough for me.
