Re: Edited

I just started doing crossfit and am really good at it, I can beat everyone in my box, so I plan on winning the games in 2013. I'm also joining the Navy and plan on being a Navy Seal within the year too, but my running and push-up numbers aren't quite good enough yet to get a satisfactory rating on the PFT test. How can I make this better ? Also, how do you do threestyle swimming ?

You liked the mallet? The sledge I had before (even though it was a 20lb) looked small, so when I saw that mallet, I knew instantly that I had to get a pic for my avatar. lol

Thats an Aja Barto tshirt I'm wearing in it, got to show some support for my boy!!

Re: Edited

That mallet rocked. But I think your old sig, and everyone elses, just got trumped Rob above you. Another good one Clint.

Nothing fem about respecting a huge hammer

On the other hand 5'10" and 165 is kind of fem

Ah come on. It's all in good fun. Every place has its idiosyncrasies and occasionaly they're fun to poke a little fun at.

I concur with the mallet btw
