We will be doing a contest in our area using the CF total, 150 wall-balls and rowing. We want to use the rower instead of a 440.... what would a good rowing equivelant distance be for it? 600m?

John, 500m is about right. Couple of posts floating around about why but I can't find them at the moment. Certainly not longer than that anyway.

Sounds like a great comp.
