Re: You must eat this much to play

Picture proof of 70's Big, Paleo style.

4 slices of good bacon, Sprouts 500 cal. mostly fat.
14 oz grass fed beef, probably 80/20 or so. 1,075 cal.
225g of Traders Joe's Guacamole. 335 cal.

So meal #2 of 5 was 1,910 calories, almost no carbs. Lots of protein and fat. I did have a good serving of asparagus as well. I like my veggies but they have little to do with getting bigger.

Meal #1
1 frozen banana, 110 cal.
1 cup whole milk, 150 cal.
2 scoops protein mix, 200 cal.
1 scoop ground flax seed 200 cal

So that is 660 with some carbs from milk and banana.

2,570 so far, 2 meals down three to go! Fairly Paleo compliant. 5"11, 179, Damn close to 6 pack abs, lots of rib definition showing. Looks good naked. Looks great naked compared to the vast majority of 43 year old men in this country.

Re: You must eat this much to play

Brendan- with that calculation a healthy body weight is always less than your current bodyweight. That seems incorrect. Correct me if I'm wrong.

No athletic male should eat less than me. Ever. Under any circumstances. Most athletic females will need to eat at least as much as I do.

This post is a public service announcement, inspired by skinny college kids trying to "lean out" when they should be eating more and lifting more.

That is all.

I just saw this on a finnish bodybuilding forum, so I think Katherine's eating habits will soon be known all over the world.

This is my first post, so I'd like to use it to thank everybody for all the advice you've given me without even knowing about it. This is easily the best forum to come for help with training/eating, so I'll try my best to keep its high quality as it is and not post that much
