Friends,

I have been following Coach B's website for most of my workouts for the last six weeks. With that being said, I can do more weight with a power snatch. I have been currently using less weight and doing a true snatch to work on technique and form. HOwever, from what I can gather, a snatch is just a missed power snatch. So should I continue using less weight, or go up to heavier weight and just do power snatches and supplement with OHS? (I already add OHS into my workouts). Thanks.

got to get stronger in the bottom. like you have added ohs...now add a sotts press to that...do some sn pp + ohs + sotts presses. work on flexibility....take your time...i will bet you are pulling way too much with your arms....also do some sn drops (holding the wt. in a sn grip overhead, feet in a jumping position.....now drop...no heave....drop!!!) works balance, speed and footwork!!

Thanks coach. I do need to get stronger in the bottom position. I will incorporate what you pointed out. And thanks for the website!
