Today's WOD:

15 Thrusters (45)
400 M Run

5 RFT

Time - 31:50

I had to sub my thrusters for front squats with 45# and over head press with 10#. I tried my first round doing regular thrusters with the bar and by my 10th one I couldn't lift the bar over my head anymore.. I'm just not strong enough yet However, I have lost 4 pounds since I have been doing this!

24 Push-ups

21 Front Squats
12 Push-ups

Time - 28:54

I don't think this would have been that bad but it was so freak hott outside!!
