I'll probably take a 5-month pic this weekend. Gotta decide first if I'm gonna shave chest and/or back. I'm a pretty hairy dude. This sweater that I carry around with me is covering much of the change that I've made.

Mark go with the trimmed look. I'm sporting the trimmed chest vest right now. You can ask Tamara about the discussion we had on that one already. ha ha ha That way you can see the changes and rock the chest vest.

+1

Men should not shave any part of their bodies except their heads.

Eh, if I had only known...I could have waited to post a testimonial today...since I am actually much more proud of this than Grace.

100 burpees for time.

April 2, 2010 = 8:04

July 17, 2009 = 15:11

That might be my biggest CrossFit achievement to date. Because on my list of most hated, most horrible things in CrossFit, the only thing that beats burpees is a 2k row.

Yeah. The real question is just my rug of a back. I have one of those telescoping trimmers, but I hate the maintenance of keeping it close.

The chest is easier, but once I do the chest, I think I've more or less committed myself to the back as well.

Regardless, I'm not taking a razor to either front or back. Just gotta decide on "lazy way out" of keeping it as-is vs. trimming it all up.

Re: Grace today. No, not a bikini testimonial.

I may regret this, but here goes. This is me after (1) almost exactly five months of Crossfit, (2) a few months of Paleo, and (3) shaving today.

Apologies to Tam for hijacking the thread momentarily.

Be prepared to shield your eyes. More or less wfs, I s'pose. Not recommended viewing if you have just eaten or are about to. Or have ever.

You would have loved one of our WODs last week, then.

Row 1000m x 6
Rest 3 minutes between intervals.

Much worse than a mere 2K.

Oh, that's just terrible.

We never row for WODs because we only have one rower at my affiliate. So, I torture myself at home. But, I just do not think I could ever force myself to do 1000m x 6. No way.
