Raced at Warinaco today

State Sectionals,

day before was wall ball

day before that was 5 1000 repeats


Knees are bothering me a lot and the season is over. taking a few days off and gonna hit it hard to get ready for winter track

not comfortable with the WoD lift so made up my own WoD (haven’t been trained in it)

Start:
50 single unders
Deadlift: 5x 130lbs 1x 140lb(pr) 1×145lb 2x(150) 1×155 3×160lb (all fail)

New pr is 155.

then did for time
25pushups situps squats
15reps per leg lunges with 15 lbs over head’
50single unders

benchpress: 5x 45lbs 1×90lbs, 1×95lbs, 1×100lbs, stopped because of no spotter, and a pr isnt with getting hurt

100lb is my current pr i think


could not jump rope today, and still afraid to try a hand stand!

Wasnt feeling all that excited to workout today.
Did pullups
1 the 1st
2 the 2nd minute , etc till fail

did 9 rounds, hands hurt so i stopped (calusses ripped a bit)

Messed around with backsquat, when all the way down so my thighs almost touched my calfs, weight was about 130 (pr)

Needs to get coaching on my lifts I think. I am not confident in any of them except the deadlift and benchpress.

If you can get coaching, do it. But it IS possible to teach yourself these lifts. Get some PVC, watch all the videos, post to Digital Coaching. We're here to help!

it is more so I dont want to fall on my head then anything else, I dont have a wall that i can go to and lean up against

50 burpee pull ups

50 overhead squats, broomstick

50 Supermen, 3 second pause at the top

50 hanging leg raises

50 foot bear crawl

50 single unders, right leg

50 single unders, left leg

24:38

Squats had to use a 9lb body weight bar

and I hate leg raises!

Yesterday I did 23minutes cardio and backsquats, 4 sets of 3, 120, 125, 130 135lbs

No Xfit today, did 20minutes interval (30sec at 11mph, 1minute at 3.5-4mph)
