Monday, did a really short easy run,

Tuesday, Conference,
5k race, ran a 19:05 5k! Set the freshman boys record looking to hit sub 19 next week,

Wed.
6 20sec on 10sec off, all out sprints,

self made WoD
300m row
5 squats
5 pushups
5 pullups
15situps
5 pushups

did 4 rounds in 12 mins.
I fell off the pullup bar and sprained my wrist i think so i finished that round and did 1 more

wrist still hurts, icing

Sprained wrist so wont be crossfitting tonight

XC practice,did 5 1k at threshhold, 1minute recovery between each, puked, sat out 1 and did 2 more,
then 6 fast 200ms

Insane XC "Oxygen Deprivation Dept" workout today

1200m race pace
mile threshold (basically a 6:25mile)
1000m race pace
mile threshold
800m
mile threshold
400m
mile threshold
200m
cooldown

was a difficult workout indeed

Haven't beren able to update in quite some time.

Have been doing 40min runs and 6-8 strides for the since the last time I posted and Tuesday

Weds.
Played ultimate frisbee in a field flooded in under 1inch and a half of water. No shoes and had a ton of fun... best crosscountry pratice ever... Also my birthday !!

Thursday
5k Race, ran it in 19:34 on a very very muddy course, rolled my ankle twice.

Friday
Finally had time to cook up and do my birthday WoD.. Wrist still slightly sprained and hurts a lot at the moment from the WoD. still glad i got to workout though.
Used 3 rounds, of 5 exercises at 15 reps 10 reps 5reps, and row distance basically like that as well

10pullups
10situps
10pushups
500m Row

5pushups
