$80 to spend.... You decide on what....

Taking a poll to decide what piece of equipment to spend it on. Whatever has the popular vote at the end of the week is what I'm going with.

A: Ab Mat with money left over

or

B: 20kg Kettle Bell

or

c: You Decide

Thanks

What gear you already have? I'd say build yourself a nice pull up bar if you don't already have one. Rings are a great addition too.

20kg kettlebell.

We get a lot of use out of ours - it's a great size for starting pretty tough males on, it's good for smaller or older males, and it's good if all the 24kg kettlebells are in use - it's close enough. It's good for females, too, who want a challenge, or when all the 16kg kettlebells are in use, or to use to bridge the gap between 1 pood and 1.5 pood kb.

A lil' hard to vote unless we know what you have; but I'm going for rings, unless you don't have a pullup bar.

I need exactly the same things. If you don't have anywhere to pull-up, I'd go with that first. I really want an ab-mat... but, think probably the kettlebell will build me up the most/quickest for the money. Hmmm... I'm saying kettlebell.

Rings, if you got a place to hang them. Even a pullup bar doesn't measure up. You can do pullups on rings, although kipping takes a little more practice, but it's readily done if that's your regular setup. You can also do tons of other cool things on rings: dips, L-sits, skin-the-cats, ring rows, levers, planks, pushups, inverted pullups. The list goes on and on.

Rings for sure if you don't have them already. My best investment next to my C2 and barbell.

Smile Re: $80 to spend.... You decide on what....

Thanks for the input so far:

Currently have:
a C2 Model B
Paralettes
a few resistance bands
Jump Rope
Homemade Sand Bag 40lbs
Homemade medicine ball 20lbs and 10lbs

Have access to pull up bar, dip bar, and rings in a park about a half mile from the house, so not sure if I want to splurge on them. It would be nice to have them at the house but tough to set up in your typical LA apartment with a wife that would frown at handing stuff from the ceiling or doorway.

Thanks for the input so far... keep em' coming
