New Crossfit Fan

Hey, I've been obsessed with this website for about 2 months now. I think I finally found a program that fits my body type and lifestyle. Found out that being "big" isnt all it is cracked up to be....every bone in my body hurt at 195lbs. Now im back to running 4 times a week and crossfiting (mostly WOD) 4 days. I just work in areas I think I lack (SHOULDERS!) in on rest days or running days (since I already ran). I work long hours (12-18) 5 days a week in a JAIL! and I feel more capable in dealing with whatever comes my way now at 175lbs than I did at almost 200lbs. Anyways, see yeah around the boards....

Great to have you, man! Welcome to the community. We hope you enjoy it here and want you to keep us posted on your progress!

One question though: why all the running?
