Are my rings to small??

Hi all,

I am using rings (15cm/6 inches) to learn a muscle up. I know learning a muscle up isn't going to feel relaxed, but i am also thinking about the ringsize that i use.

How big are your rings???

Standard is 7" ID and 9.25" OD I believe.
