Hugh Gilmore Training log

My Goals

To be able to do a muscle up
To be able to do a hand stand press
To be able to do 20 one leg squats
To re hab my shoulder to full use.

Training
Thurs 7th feb 2008


25min doing ring training pushing then pulling exercises to failure

practiced squat technique and clean technique

did shoulder therapy stretches

Fri 8th
hungover
add going off drink to goals

Did tabata squats lowest was nine highest was 13

excessive doms from ring training

sat 9th

bad doms from sqauts and rings rest today .

sun 10 feb

went for a hour and half walk and swam a few lengths to ease doms nearly able to straighten arms
feel good though

Tue 12th feb

Practises a few hand stands


wed 13th

Did a few hand stands

took rings to park did hanging upside down and push pull exerxcises for 10 min coulldnt practise the support position cause i kept getting a a doms related pain in my pecs .


did tabata squats

lowest round was 10 14 was the highest

can feel the improvement already

need to practise shoulder shrugs on hand stands this will be thursdays focus
