Well it seems as good a place as any to keep a log.

I am in a half intensity week ughhh i have to say when i am at my gym it is sooooooooo hard to not go really hard but i realized my body was crying for reset so........

Still a half intensity week ughhh!

15 OHS 95 lbs all unbroken

My running is getting better but still not great trying to focus on running form and that seems to help.


Wanted to see how close to 15 Body weight OHS i am

Ahhhh to rest...

I swear on my rest days stuff starts to hurt or feel like crap. I can't wait to work out again!
