Raw Potatoes versus Cooked Potatoes & Zone

Hey,

According to Zone, what's better to eat... slightly fried potatoes that are still crunchy because they are mostly raw... or cooked potatoes.

I say ditch the potatos altogether since they are like pure sugar and a nightshade to boost! Try some sweet potato rather on rare occassions!

I concur with the sweet potatoes! Delicious.

Sarena I just checked you Fitday... you're diet is excellent. Do you make the salmon jerkey yourself and if not, where do you get it?

Thanks Scott! My past involved some natural raws chef-ing so I truly love to cook and eat clean!

I had a reserve pack in school (I teach fitness/gym in a spec ed school). Kinda like a break in emergency kit! I had such a headache today while teaching and was probably undernourished at the time (considering I move around a lot to demo bec u ause z the population). Anyway, I had bought that in CA at Whole Foods. I really dont like using it since it does have some sugar which I normally try to avoid. Its been sitting in school since Sept!!

I have made salmon jerky in the past but not recently. If you do a msg board search you may find the thread...found it here (wfs)

Let me know if YOu need any more info.

I agree...Sarena's diet is quite impressive. Something to aspire to, actually.

Sarena,
If you want to discuss this off-topic further, maybe start an IF thread question over at the PMenu...I think you need to progress a bit slower, maybe stay at where you are for now, before extending the fast time...
