We are developing supplementary workouts...

"We are developing supplementary workouts designed to introduce our stable of basic movements building towards the capacity to productively follow the WOD with substitutions, and will post that material here soon."

I can't actually remember how long this has been up in "Start Here!" Long time? Short time? Any word on if it's ever going to appear?

Question Re: We are developing supplementary workouts...

That is a good queation. I'm wondering about that myself.
In the meantime I've developed my own .
I start with a skill/strenght part after the warming up, then do the wod.
Sometimes afterwards, after a couple of minutes, I will do some extra skill work. Usualy something I am in need of improving (about everything, but usualy a basic thing , double unders, etc.)
